About Us

This website was created with contributions from the following organizations: Central Coast Climate Justice Network, Elected Officials to Protect America (EOPA), Climate First: Replacing Oil & Gas (CFROG), UC Santa Barbara Community Labor Center, Environmental Defense Center, Sierra Club, and the SLO Climate Coalition. 

We recognize the threat that climate change and pollution pose to our communities and ecosystems, and therefore are dedicated to supporting the responsible development of abundant, clean offshore wind energy that can power our coast. As we move forward with development, our region needs access to factual, reliable information. This website serves as a hub for relevant resources to help you learn about offshore wind in the Central Coast.
